  • Acer today announced that its forthcoming Aspire V 17 Nitro notebooks will feature the Intel RealSense 3D camera.
    The camera can interpret and respond to natural movement in three dimensions, allowing users to interact with games, open webpages or navigate applications without touching the notebook's keyboard or mouse. 
    The camera will also enable 3D scanning, and 3D-model generating and printing on a 3D printer. Acer has included a number of apps that will allow "new ways to interact" in gaming, entertainment, and content creation.
